Corneal blindness

Corneal blindness is caused by any scar or injury of the cornea which will significantly decrease or sometime lead to the loss of the vision.

Causes of Corneal blindness:

• Corneal injury or trauma
• infections of the cornea
• Malnutrition
• Surgically induced damage
